Wardogs

Same. Dropped it about 10 days ago once it was apparent this season was going to be cut short. Plus the incessant cheating was annoying me. Will come back and try S3 though ... the early stages always seem to be more fun, before the later tech introduces imbalances.

Yea it does, I agree early game is good.

I got a ton of opinions on stuff they could improve but we'll see.

As I said though I'm not hating on the game at all, I think it's pretty good and you have to remember it's early access.

Your point about the cheating though, they need to nip that one.

I'm the same, not been on for a week or so, and it's the feeling of cheating that's keeping me away more than anything else.
There's so much other stuff to have fun with instead.

Cheating in any game but it's extremely rare..... Played 200 hours in this and potentially seen 2 cheaters.... Usually people just cry "cheater" when they get lasered rather than just admitting poor positioning / better weapons etc.....

Hard disagree. People said the same thing about Tarkov, then it was shown up to 50% were cheating. Wardogs during S2 was a cheatfest, just that most aren't blatant ie. aimbotting the whole lobby within seconds.

6K+ hours in tarkov - yes - people cheat but it's never been anywhere close to 50%...

S2 has been fine - "cheatfest" is a massive exaggeration.

Thoroughly enjoying S2 - great fun with a squad.

I got hugely into this game, but must admit with the news that there will be another reset of gear, it has switched me off hugely. I've clocked up about 50 hours on this game (which may not sound much to some, but it's big for me nowadays). To constantly get to the point where I have the gear I want, and then to lose it again is just not my idea of fun.. Seems that I won't get to any advanced gear with the model the Devs are employing.

100% agree. Without AP rounds the games a **** show IMO, I tried to retrain my brain to shoot the enemy in the legs but I cant get used to it. :(

Game will be uninstalled once the new wipe happens.

it really wasn't, don't get me wrong, it has the worst cheater problem of any game i've played but no way is it even remotely close to 50% and there is no evidence to suggest it's that high unless you consider the infamous 'wiggle' video as some kind of proof.

Think you killed me in a game last week. Same name on Steam?

Also, I honestly don't think I've come across one cheater in S2. Plenty of claims in chat but I've never witnessed first hand.

If you haven’t seen my posts in the CS thread, Wardogs feels like it has next to zero cheaters.

I’m sure this isn’t the case, but the fact that a single person slyly cheating can’t really affect the outcome of a game makes a huge difference.

I’ve had a few “how did he know I was there?” moments, but these are easily explained away by the spotting system.

I've seen it once first hand, I came up on a guy looking the other way, started hitting him with my mp5 and he 180's and hits me 5 times with whatever that basic sniper rifle is.

Which given it's break action as you know is actually impossible.

I've seen a few removed from the game as well.

But that was right at the start of the season, I've not seen any for a while.

What they desperately need to solve in this game, and actually what puts me off the most of the stacking of green team.

They need something, I dunno what, its ruining the game.

I was on a green team just now, and for the last 40 ticks, there were about 20 of us following the hot zone around have a conversation, not even a shot fired.

yeah - talking about this last night.

I think the easy way is simply just when you join the server you are allocated to a "random" team... You can join with your mates up to say 5/6 people but that's it.

Rename the teams if needed team 1 / 2 / 3.

Same happened the other night - literally on green and we have 28 people in zone - dicking around, taking pictures standing on the tank etc..... Didn't fire a shot for like 10/15 minutes.

Have only seen a few aimbots in both seasons but the amount of esp is insane. Getting lit up through walls when there is no way you have been spotted gets annoying

That's my experience too. Loads of players using ESP and recoil scripts, but haven't come across many blatant aimbot users.

I've played just shy of 210 hours, but I've not played in over a week now, the same goes for the 6 guys I play with. The cheating is just out of control. I'm hoping things will improve by the time I get done with all the GTA VI story etc.

Yeah its just getting ridiculous now, I joined about 10 ticks in a guess, green team, just now.

There was a Lakota on the pad, no obvious pilot so I jumped in, bought a pallet and flew towards the CZ. Once my map loaded up there wasn't really any FOB, so I dumped the pallet, and then just followed the team around in the HZ.

For a good 50 ticks, I was literally hovering, 10 ft off the ground following the HZ around.

We won, then I quit gonna go play some Minecraft instead.
