UPDATE:

Received new bios from powercolor last night, flashed this morning and have some results so far.

Gained small performance improvements in benchmarks, but nothing noticeable in gaming performance. Still underperforming card and I'd have to say I'm disappointed in powercolor. I've had a couple of their cards in the past and usually you get a good amount for what you pay for, but in this case I have to say I should have gone with a competitor.

They sent me a new BIOS, i flashed it, its the same BIOS, lol, so...

I saw this ^^^ i installed 13.12, it gave me an extra 150 points (about 10500)
Next i shut down my sidebar, my Logitech software and XDoc.

Right away i got 10856, 1% off bertybenno score http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2019417
