Its odd. Only started to do this today.....

I got no odd things running in the background aswell.

Its annoying because my 230mm fan ramps up when my GPU reaches 39c.... And due to this its doing so when I leave my PC idle for 5 mins lol

I get gpu usage spikes at idle with my MSI 7970 OC. I don't have the mentioned file running though. Can't work it out.

I heard about this a while ago and it was to do with a Skype hack that let them send a link in the disguise of one of your friends accounts, clicking the link then installs whatever virus to mine bitcoins.

I had this twice in last month. Yesterday I hadnt realised both my 7970s were at 99% usage with the fans at 25%. Temps were 98 degrees before I noticed and a system restore sorted it. Now let me say this before people get on my back, I have over 250 games on my steam list but I use the newsgroups to try before I buy if no demo is available. Mars wars logs and Zeno clash 2 both had that virus/program attached to it so if anyone is that way inclined beware.

My bitdefender would not let me run the mining programs quarantining straight away. I had to setup a specific folder to allow them to be installed so hard to believe this.
