Not that I've actually accelerated towards anyone myself (too worried I might actually hit them) I have had these kind of kids just walk out in front of me (and seen it happen to others) as though they are invincible, a number of times. You've only got to have a bit of traffic starting to build up, some wally walks out in front of the car, brakes slammed on, car behind hits you, car behind hits that one and so on. Happens all too easily.

Erm yes? If you can't brake in time and someone has just run out into the road... Yes.

Thats nothing like what has ever been described in here. For a start you're the only person to use the word run, secondly we've had the situation described more than once where the person has had ample time to stop.

Not being able to brake in time doesn't equal speeding up towards someone in the road.

Thats because its you that hasn't followed the thread properly, and not that its me that is confused.
 
I read the whole thread actually. I wasn't replying to the keyboard warriers who "drop 2 cogs" I was replying for all the sensible drivers here.

Yes I used the word "run"... whatever...

Don't reply to it like I'm arguing over semantics. We're talking about people walking slowly across the road and purposely getting in your way, not people in a rush running across or whatever.

Like I said, there was a group of idiots running back and forth across the road. I planted it about 30 metres before I got to them and I don't own a supercar so they had lots of time to react and they did.

What does "****" mean Gilly?

I thought a keyboard warrior was someone who makes out that's what they'd do, if you actually do it in real life you're hardly a keyboard warrior, sorry but that phrase winds me up lol
