Wasteland ARMA II Mos : Server Details

Good game last night tony.You were quite a menace in the armoured suv.
Nice to see the mgt guys on for a blast too.Shame we had a few hackers and server downtime,but all in all some good drunken gaming for me.

Yeah, that armed SUV helped a little bit haha

Badboy forgot to mention is outrageous team killing :)

Yes, the -1 is when I grenaded Mango who was a teammate lol. Sorry mate ;)

It ain't going to be that hard to have a working version of wasteland on day one.

Basically all the scripting commands are already in the arma 3 config.

The only things we would need to change are player models, vehicle models and possibly base building materials..

Oh, and the town and spawn markers, but that is a general thing when we port from map to map.

Anyway, I thought the servers were to be limited to 16 players, or did I read that wrong?
 
Hmm well insurgency arma 3 then if it has a limit!

Stuck new mission on server 1. Groups and mission working fine so far at 81 players.
 
I'll come and give the Arma 3 wasteland server a go when you get it up, just tried the main server today after not playing on it for a while and spent like 30 mins looking for a gun.

Melbo, would you mind identifying what happened to myself badboy and mangobreeder. At circa 19.00 hours the 3 of is died randomly as we were driving along.
 
We just died. This happened shortly after we had set up a road block with an ied and were lying in wait. Too tall came along and appeared to be defusing the ied. A frustrated badboy flicked the switch. Next thing about two mins later were driving in convoy with other vehicles and people around heading to the immobile chopper mission and the three of us die. No one else around us do. No explosion we just died. You have to appreciate that seems extemely suspicious. Im not going to accuse but it feels very wrong.
 
I think I may have an idea of what happened. TooTall came into teamspeak around the time you mentioned and asked us "IED's aren't in the game are they?" to which we replied yes.

I can't be sure here, because I wasn't there/haven't confirmed it with TooTall, but I think he might have assumed you had spawned the explosives in, and slayed you as a result. it would make sense.

E - I should mention, Ied caches were only very recently added.
