Wasteland ARMA II Mos : Server Details

When do people play on this server ?

Most people ive ever seen on it is about 4.

Also I notice that some times when you go to a gun shop it dosent highlight so cant buy anything.

The mission file hasn't been working correctly for a while so thats why it's not been busy lately. Should be picking up again now. There was 30 players on last night at one point.

If you zoom in on the man at the gun stores crotch it will then let you access the store...
 
New Version on server!

COuldn't re-install server as my server panel was screwing up!

All missions back to standard as per Tonic!
All players have no thermal script
Guerilla faction can now heal, drag each other!
 
Just a question.

TO try Dayz I got Arma II Free and bought operation Arrowhead. As DayZ is kinda on hold for most till standalone is out people have moved to wasteland.

So to run this MOD do i need the full version of ARMA II? Tried installing that ACR lite but i get error about string yadieyada
 
There are a couple of fixes on the net for that error..

I'm sure one of them is a full reinstall. To be perfectly honest, the price of full Arma II these days is negligible for what you are getting...
 
doing full reninstall now to see if that helps.

I know the 15 isnt that much but as i paid for operation arrowhead before i feel a bit meh paying again for arma 2 to try out this mod etc.

Will see if reinstall works. Any links to that fix maybe?
 
Hmm I don't know if the weather changing is causing me to crash. Keep getting pauses that gradually get longer and longer. Finally my whole computer locks up and I need to hard reset it.

If you want, unpbo the latest version..

In the init.sqf or server/core/server.init.sqf file you will see the execvm command for the dynamic weather.

Comment it out with // re pbo, upload and restart..

Should take care of the jumpiness I would think..
 
Going to try some stuff my side first, see if I can see whats going on.

A mission just came up. The hint text said it was the money cache mission while the marker on the map said "Airstrike". Got there and same as yesterday, only 3 guys prone next to each other, no laser designator.

No it will screw it up even more than normal.

If you go.into the mission you will see the names next to the createmarker code.

You have to change the two pieces of text. That's all.
 
Yes mate...

Go into the battleye folder in the server and see if it is in the bans.txt file or look it up via rcon, should find it by name..

Want to email the details to me!

Edit read that wrong.. BE won't pass that along, just tell the person when they try and join the server that it is a global ban.

As above email me the details, cheers.
