Watch Dogs Benchmarks

The only real difference in that E3 comparison is that the E3 one has a huge amount of depth of field effects to slightly blur the surroundings and therefore make it perceivably more real. Not quite sure why they got rid of that but still.

I finally got around to installing this today and it runs pretty well apart from the fact that I cant run ultra textures and shadows with my measly 2gb of vram at 1080p. I just start to get loads of hitching/stuttering.

Running with everything else maxed with 4xMSAA and vysnc and never really seen it drop below 60.

SPec - 4.5ghz 3770k,16gb ram and 2x 670's.

also on the tech side of things it is pants. no splashes when shooting into water. Reflections don't actually reflect what they are supposed to e.t.c

Bit naff to be honest. Still quite a pretty game though but if this is next gen....pft.

65 fps with a radeon 290 on ultra at 1080p yeh right, was that standing still in a building!? has anyone actually acheived those frames with a 290? am i severely cpu bottlenecked finally!? i struggle to maintain 30 fps on ultra, 1200p and temporal smaa most of the time

How much VRAM you using?

I managed about 18fps @1600p maxed on a single 290X.

My Vram was hitting 3.3 on this and page file about 12gb lol.

What iv noticed is with supersampling on and Temporal SMAA on a single card id get about 25-35 fps and on crossfire id get 12 fps no matter where I looked...But if I changed it from Temporal SMAA down to just SMAA or FXAA my crossfire would scale properly and id get 50 fps and 25-35 on a single card. This is all with supersampling on too. So im guessing its either Vram issue or CPU issue that causes the fps to go down to 12 in crossfire the minute I had a higher AA solution on top of supersampling.

Without supersampling I get higher FPS always on crossfire but it actually feels like im getting lower fps because its not smooth at all.. so I just use a single 290 for this now and it runs great.

So does crossfire not work at all with out the 14.6 betas?

Runs a bit pants with 3x 290s giving about 50fps on ultra, and 14.6 isn't supported on windows 8 apparently. System works perfectly now, and I use some older programs for work that took a while to set up on windows 8, so not jumping to 8.1 incase things go pear shaped. Time is money yo

about 3.2 gigs of vram, did notice my gpu usage isnt always at 100% seems to fluctuate a lot sometimes 30% sometimes 50, sometimes 75% even saw it say 0% at 1 point. but my ram usage is at 80 % and my cpu usage is at 35%! and im running on a fast ssd, and nothing is overheating! wheres the bottleneck!?

Your gpu usage is like mines with 2 x R290 cards, jumping around all over the shop, i'm getting between 35 - 70 fps. Gpu usage is like 50 - 100 constantly spiking on both cards. Guess I need to add another card to play this game ! There's no way a single R290 shouldn't be able to handle this. The gfx really aren't that good.
