Yes I did, and I wouldn't say that was a great game either, though it looked pretty decent for the time.

I never bothered with number 2, even though the protagonist was supposedly more interesting.

2nd was decent never played the first game.

3rd was interesting to start with but got really boring quickly. Only so many hacked cameras one can take.

Quirky characters and style aside, the second one was fairly decent. It had some decent side activities, missions were varied enough, the skills tree and various options for hacking were much better than Legion and the multiplayer invasion mode was always fun and something different from the usual. No idea why they spun-off the multiplayer as a separate (and delayed) mode in the third one.

I got this for free ages ago, but I completed Halo: Infinite recently and wanted something else to get in to.

This seems absolutely dull as dishwater though. Typical Ubisoft - icons all over the map, but not very fun to play.

Even flying over london in a cargo drone can't make this fun...I can't be arsed playing mediocre games now. Far Cry 6 was the same.

It can get a bit 'samey' I agree, the missions consist of generally the same premise in most cases but I enjoyed the previous WD games so I kinda like this one. It looks lush maxed out at full settings on my HP Omen gaming laptop. One thing I dislike about it is the 'puzzle' element parts where you have to adjust the direction of the nodes to access an area or complete a task. Some of them are downright confusing and a couple of times I've had to resort to looking up YouTube videos to solve the sequence.

Agreed, to me they really disrupt the 'flow' of the game. As soon as one pops up I'm like 'Oh for goodness sake' (not necessarily using such polite language )
