hi there, fitting the 200mm rad wasnt too bad really....there were 3 things stopping the rad from going straight in.....
1. the lip that sticks out under the 5 1/4 bays which the 3 1/2 bays slots into (you will see it when the drive bays are removed) needed to be bent up slightly, but didnt take much effort.....
2.this depends which fans you got with the 600t.....the earlier model fans were flat where the screws go through to screw into the bracket....
newer fans have a cylinder type shape which goes right upto the grill.....
and because i got some replacements from corsair they were the newer type......i had to cut around 1cm off the mounts so the screws wouldnt hit the grill on the front of the case preventing the bracket clicking in.......you might not actualy get this problem though if you mount the fan brackets to the rad plate and the fan to the other side of the rad...i used 2 corsair fans in push - pull so i got this little problem.........another way you could try but would need the rad plate redrilling to make the holes bigger, is by screwing the screws in from the rad side into the fan.......
fan brackets
fan brackets from front of case
i also put a couple of cable ties through the top clips, just in case they broke or unclipped themselves......
3.the bleed screw in the top of the rad will hit the 5 1/4 bays, not by much and with a little force will/should go under......or just use a small hammer to knock that side up slightly.......
fittings were EK PSC Compression Fitting 7/16
and the tubing was XSPC 7/16" ID [16/11mm] High Flex Hose - Clear
all from overclockers......
I would just like to say ive just found out that corsair actualy modified the 600t front fan and case and is possibly now the same mounts as the 650D
