The other day i installed all my water cooling gear, which consists of: Danger Den 5 1/4" bay res, Danger Den Maze 4 VGA Block, Thermochill CPU Water block (with 1 intake and two outakes) Danger Den CSP-MAG pump, and a 120.1 rad (all with 1/2" tubing) and it doesn't seem to be doing anything! The temp just keeps rising until it over heats and turns off. Bit puzzled as to whats happening. All blocks were applied with AS5 and the lopp is as follows: res>pump>rad>VGA block>CPU block>res. Am using PC Ice water. Can any one guide what i can do to fix this/change to get it working. Thanks in advange.

Yep the middle one was intake and the two were outakes. I will try tightening them, but i am not at home at the moment. Anything else you can suggest? Maybe the pump isnt powerful enough?

When i turn it on it starts at about 45 degrees and rises in about mins before it turns off

Hmm. Even in it's heavily overclocked state with 1.63V running through it, my CPU doesn't rise in temp all that fast with the pump off - I usually get about 5 or 6 mins before it'll auto-shutdown.

Does sound like water isn't flowing though, or the block isn't making good contact with the chip.

Still not back at home yet, I shall tell you what happens tomorrow. I think it propably isnt mounted properly because when i mounted my heatsink and fan it was very slightly loose and it had the same problem, and just a little bit of ajusting fixed it. Thanks for the help guys.

Right, i've remounted all the cpu block, drained it all, and changed the loop round to res>pump>rad>cpu>gpu>res and its still doing the same, its getting so hot my thermal probe cant read it (which is over 80) I think it may be possible that my pump isnt powerful enough? Its the Dangerden CSP-MAG, but sue to its very small size i dont think its pumping very well, does anyone else use one of these? The power of it is 142GPH and i can't tell if the water is flowing or not?

Can you hear the pump at all? It sounds like the water isnt flowing if the temps heat up gradually. Where is your thermal probe btw?

Its vibrating, and when i fill the system it pumps it round. Its to the side of the IHS not in between it and the block.
