Water cooling help

sometimes if you screw the block down to tight the temp goes nuts. I found that with my opty (albeit without ihs) Have it reasonably tight but still good contact and then power up into bios for temps and then gradually fiddle with the nuts on the block to tighten loosen it and see how it affects temp.

I would focus on the pump.

When my pump failed on my last set-up in maxed out in less than 2 mins.

The pump is vibrating you say but is it actually pumping ?

Try mixing some ink/food colouring and distilled water up in a cup/pot etc.( Concentrated ).

Then add to loop and see how long it takes to circulate.

Cheers,

Mark
