water cooling help

hello i need help with finding the right water cooling kit/set-up. i currently have a i5 -4670k and 2x r9 290 sapphire tri-x cards that i want to water cool i have a nzxt swtich 810 case so i can fit a 360 rad. any help as this is my first time water cooling my pc (other than my all in one h100 cooler)

i have no bays left only have 4 and all taken up so will have to go inside the case

iv'e picked the parts now, just need help with what size tubing and compression fittings i need. thanks for all your help guys

ps. once i get all the parts and sleeving il post my build
