hello i need help with finding the right water cooling kit/set-up. i currently have a i5 -4670k and 2x r9 290 sapphire tri-x cards that i want to water cool i have a nzxt swtich 810 case so i can fit a 360 rad. any help as this is my first time water cooling my pc (other than my all in one h100 cooler)

From a rough spec I would say you're looking at £520 ex pnp. A little cheaper it will depend on the GFX blocks that will fit your cards.

CPU block £52
GFX block = £165 for 2
Pump & Reservoir = £105
Radiator (3x components) = 360rad £54 240rad £30
Tubing £17
Compression Fittings £50 (Monsoon 2x 6 packs as you need 10 of them)
Fluid = £10
Fans x5 (£6.66) = £34

D5 will easily power that, I use it with a GPU block, CPU Block, 2 rads and it is fine even though it's on the lowest speed.

My biggest concern is that you won't have enough rad space. Some googling suggests you can fit a 360mm and a 240mm in that case which I would strongly suggest for 2 hot GPUs and a CPU.

is strong enough to cool my i5 and 2x r9 290's?? and for the xtx 360 rad?

lol yeh,

I have mine on setting 3 cooling

4790K
R9 290X 8GB
R9 290X 8GB

Buy 2 or 3m worth, you always want to have more than you think you will need.

Also avoid xspc tubing if possible, get the primochill LRT
