I'm jelly haha. I'm a second year now but I hope to do a placement next year I which I should get around 18k

maybe then haha, although I hope to work for Morgan Stanley so I won't have too much time on my hands

That wouldn't be too bad! Could buy some nice parts with that money!

I studied Computing at Surrey Uni, I am now a computer tech/ web developer! Uni was a great but super stressful! Dissertation was a real drag!

The back plates and stop caps turned up too. So the only things that I am not missing is tube cutters and the coolant.

I was intending on lobbing all the parts out of it and modding something inside it but I have had a bit of interest in it from some other people so might end up selling it...

It had an issue with the OS but I have sorted that out now. So it is running sweet!

Going to take the brand new 1tb drive out of it and then sell it on after fixing it up.

I would say sell the internals on the bay and keep the case, but having worked at an Apple hardware repair centre at one point I can tell you that seperating every component and working out the compatibility list can be a pain in the bum because of the plethora of different screws used and other such things.

It is in top notch condition! very suprised! Might of found a buyer for 150 quid! I have only reinstalled the OS and taken out the 1tb! Wooot

It looks like one of the older models (going from the fact that it uses a regular power cord) so you struck lucky.

I know, my girlfriend has loads of friends who just want an Apple Mac (even if it is ****).

This computer is from 2005! It is even pre intel! The best OS I can put on it is leopard...

Made some cuts earlier into the case! Was scary! I had to make the front drive cage smaller to be able to fit the front 240mm.

This is massive! Need to flip the CPU block around as I am running the loop backwards. Res> pump> front rad> GPU> CPU> top Rad> Res

Yeh, ordering the liquid etc shortly which are the final bits really...

Okay guys!

Here are some more photos! I have not been able to build it this weekend... Needed to clean out the radiators with some distilled water to get rid of the bits, but couldnt find any distilled water at my local B&Q...

So I am going to homebase tomorrow to get some. I also need some others fittings to make sure that the build looks swish!
