Probably the same reason they don't force them to sleep at the training ground - they are free individuals.
So any footballer wanting to register on Twitter or Facebook should be prohibited from doing so without supervision from their football club?
I'm all for players acting with more maturity in general, but people keep crossing basic lines as if these guys are some sort of commodity or surrender some basic rights by being professional footballers.
The fact the BBC make news stories on twitter posts is just pathetic. It is and always will be a bit of fun.
Why shouldn't players use twitter? It allows them to communicate directly with fans without media spin..
Why clubs allow their players on social networking sites bemuses me.
about the level you would expect from him
No anti united bashing tread would be complete without your post would it Rotty
eh? Everyone acts like an idiot on the internet.
Wiat, so now the internet is out to get United too? Geez, we'd better add that to the list.
Things that Tom84 can clearly see hate United and want them to fail:
- Other teams.
- The FA
- Referees
- The internet.
- atpbx
Anything else?
Hey hey hey, speak for yourself. I'm a witty, suave and urbane gentleman on the internet.
Anti-United because some people don't agree with you?
That's getting boring
are you saying that Rotty is in any way not anti United?
