To be fair though Rooney is a bit of a ****.
Why clubs allow their players on social networking sites bemuses me.
Wiat, so now the internet is out to get United too? Geez, we'd better add that to the list.
Things that Tom84 can clearly see hate United and want them to fail:
- Other teams.
- The FA
- Referees
- The internet.
- atpbx
Anything else?
Hey hey hey, speak for yourself. I'm a witty, suave and urbane gentleman on the internet.![]()
...and a spawny shinner won the manyoo goal of the season. Sums it up![]()
That's the point I was trying to make, no matter what Rotty may think with a pint in his hand in the local down Mersey way, at the end of the day Rooney still has certain basic rights that legally clubs can't infringe upon.Because the only restriction they could legally make would be to not discuss work matters on a public forum.
If Rio or Wayne wanted to talk about anything else, there is nothing the Club can do about it.
"I don't know why anybody can be bothered with that stuff," he said.
"How do you find the time to do that? There are a million things you can do in your life without that.
"Get yourself down to the library and read a book. Seriously. It is a waste of time."

As for players being banned from twitter, I'm pretty sure 1 premier league manager came out and said he's banned his players from it but I can't remember who![]()
