Wazzups with this census questionnaire?

My folks recived 5 copies of the forms, my old man called them up and they said just bin them, so he asked were they goingt o try and fine hime £1000 for each on he binned and they said they would send somebody round to pick them up. No wonder this is costing so much money.

So far 5 people I know have said they are going to put jedi as religion, how 2001 of them :S and these are people in their 30s or 40s as well
 
I asked a couple of my friends if they got one and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Is this the first time its been compulsory to fill it in? I cant remember even getting one before.
 
I never filled it out last time and nothing happened. I never paid my tv lisencse either and they couldn't do anything because I never let them in my flat. I tried to not pay my council tax either but eventually they sent it to a collections agency.

It didn't specifically say to do it on the 27th... I am a student though, might be a different form? I did get it weeks and weeks ago.
 
Hm, anyone else not actually received one yet? Our postman does tend to be utterly hopeless, just wondered if we should have had the forms through by now..

It does though, on or after the 27th March. Also forms are sent to properties not people.

The form is the same barring the regional differences, there aren't any presumptions or changes according to occupation or person.

I've filled out most of the relevant parts of the form that were pertaining to me already, simply because it then had to go to my landlady to fill in her sections and that means relying on the postal service...
 
Done mine online. Why does it let you do it early if they tell you not to . . . .

What are peoples problem with these exactly? Just fill it in. They already have your colonic map on file, why worry about setting the record straight.
