WBAC Values

Goodbyecar dropped another £1.5k, so now 2.5k off WBAC.

They don’t seem to be changing otherwise, wonder if the market is steadying a bit?

Car dependant? I just had an email saying my car has gone up.

Your GoodByeCar valuation£39,685

This is getting daft now :p

Most dealers are reluctant to buy stock unless it's part of a PX deal. Has that changed with the recent demand?

It was a local independent but the right sort of car for them ie full main dealer history, no bodywork issues etc. We have quite a few good independent dealers round here and only 1 wasn't interested but they tend to specialise in the very low mileage cars.

Its the first time I've seen signs like "cars for cash" outside local indi garages. One just down the road from me had no stock at all at one point during lockdown. They were desperate.

Local BMW dealer offered me nearly £3k less than WBAC which I pointed out straight away, they seemed surprised when I mentioned it.

Still worth checking with a dealer if you are selling. Vauxhall paid us £500 more than WBAC this week. Straight sale with money in the bank on handover. Easiest sale ever.
