WC Cosmos :)

Why use Fluid XP when distilled/de-ionised water from Halfords at around £5 for 5 litres does the same job? You can always add some UV dye for colour and some Zerex or similar as a corrosion/algae inhibitor. Nearly £52 is madness for some fluid. If you do it right and take your time and leak test it outside your rig you should'nt get any leaks.
 
I also highly doubt you would need 2 x fluid bottles anyway, ive just used only just over half a bottle in my new loop, thats with a .3 rad 150 res thingy, and cooling, graphics, southbridge, northbridge and 2 Voltage cooler block thingys.

tbh Im not keen on ultraviolet solutions, so I went for the black mix and clear tubing... well actually I didnt get a choice on the tubing :p but would have gone clear anyway, just remembered about the 18w pump but would I need that much for 2 gpu's a processor and the ability to water cool the northbridge and ram in future?

I would go with the 18W pump, i stupidly ordered the wrong one for my new pump, and got the 12w version, the flow rate aint bad but for like £5 you cant go wrong with more flow,

have got the black mix myself, looks boring imo now lol wish i had got blue :p so now got black line for cpu and green line for the rest :p

its one of the best , not "the" best, EK Supreme cpu block is slightly better iirc and cheaper aswel i believe.

cheaper alternative is to ditch the black coloured feser and get black tubing :p and just use distilled + additive, £400 is a good amount to spend on cooling

Thats 4 individual GPU's right? I cant help feeling that they would be better off on their own dedicated loop, with the cpu and northbridge on another.

Obviously that means another pump and another rad, but you should get lower temps.

another set? hmm what about a .3 rad? or just add a .1?

would an 18w pump be enough? Im thinking 2 pumps is gonna make more noise than my current pc and thats on stock :S Im not sure if 1 3870x2 will require 2 blocks or a single block will suffice....
 
ok if Im going to have 1 loop for just the cpu and 1 for the gpu's I may as well add the ram and northbridge to that loop but....

will I get much of an increase on performance???

Only if you OC the system pretty hard, as then you will OC the northbridge etc where cooling them will come in handy :p ive just cooled mine as they were getting abit toasty before, that and i got the block cheap so why not :p
