WD ELEMENTS - failure

Hya everyone, new here )

have problem with my WD elements external HD,
I guess problem is in Power cord, when I plug to a wall socket, blue led which is on adapter lights for second than turns off and nothing happening,..yesterday after 100 times of plug-unplug HD managed to boot and worked, today however same problem!

any ideas? maybe I should change just Power adapter?

Change it/buy a replacement adaptor.

Just make sure the input and output are the same voltage, ampage and hz as the old one.

not sure about warranty...on the box says 2 years, inside manual 1 year!
have contacted store where I bought it, waiting for reply

WD support was great, they sent me new AC and it works fine now
