Hi all i use my hd for putting films on and then plugging into ps3 to watch etc, but i have been having problems and now i struggle to get anyhting on it, its formatted to fat32 and everytime i try adding film or something it gets half way and says
an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file .if you contunue to recieve this error you can use the error code to search for help with this problem
error0x80070570: the file or directory is corrupt and unreadable
i think the hd has had it but any idvice would be great
also when try to access it from laptop it says i/o device error and cannot access (only sometimes and sometimes goes into it, and wont let me move certain files into folders and just says i/o device error)
i have never installed the wd software at all ither dont know if that matters
