Do they ever respond to email thse days? Sent a message last wednesday about my hard drive rma and ive yet to reveice a response. I rma'd a velociraptor and a 150 raptor x at the same time, they arrived together got rma'd together.
Today i got back another raptor x but the velociraptor is still stuck in the status "Your replacement product is currently being processed for shipment.". Been like that about a week now, and no response to emails =/
