We both hate dates.

Just go for a wander around the town. Completely informal and plenty of ways to escape if things go wrong. Also, the passing scenery will allow for new topics of conversation to continually arise and possible dark alleys out of public sight.

Go to the cinema on your lonesomes. book the same film, same time and place, you book row 13 seat B, tell her to book row 13 seat c.

"oh, fancy seeing you here!"

Dude I said it first :p, tactfully ofcourse! I said I find them cheesy and she said she also hates them so maybe she's just agreeing with me because I said it?!?!
To be honest if you've been finding them cheesy you've been doing it wrong.

Yeah i hate dates too, first of all i hate the stone in the middle and then if i eat too many they make me go to the toilet:D:D:D

If you are local to the North West and like doing active 'outdoorsie' type things, go to ChillFactore at the Trafford Centre, the big indoor ski slope.

It's good, however gets a bit boring

I'm a bit bemused that you say you hate dates and then seem to ask for unusual date suggestions. I'm not convinced that the two of you going paintballing is necessarily any less date-ish than going to the cinema!
