All the bench and no tricep pushdowns?
Howdy. I don't actually have the ability to do those in the home gym. I guess however that i probably should've done dips and or kickbacks? Or the one where you lay on the bench and raise it over your head? Either way i ran out of time anyway.. I also missed squats this morning so will do them tonight instead. That is going to sting after the garage getting heated up all day.
