Just hit [CMD] (control on windows) + F and type what you want to find. The hit "Find all" bottom right.
There is a shortcut but only know the mac version of it. So its [CMD] + [F] type your search then hit [CMD] + [CRTL] + [G] to select all of them.
That for find, multiply cursors is a bit different.
cmd + click anywhere to create another cursor.
click on a word and hit cmd + d to select the next occurrence, incase you select too many you can use cmd + u to go back 1 selection.
ctrl + cmd + g select every occurrence.
The problem I get now is I try too use these commands everywhere and I cry on the inside when it doesn't work.

Recently I switched to using virtual box + Vagrant at work on OSX, it is a amazing little solution that lets me create my whole dev evn using mostly puppet then I can just start the VM in headless and get too work. Love it!
