website software for gallery?

im looking for something to host my photos, not into gallery or coppermine but looking at something a bit more slick like those flash templates.

needs to be easy to update, can anyone recommend something, preferably free?

Simpleviewer if you want free. If you are willing to pay a bit then Monoslideshow. My site (Click on my sig image) was made with a combination of html and monoslideshow.

I have just modified my site using Pixelpost and it's really good for a free gallery and easy to use. I also have free hosting with xtreemhost, it can be a bit slow at times but hey it's all free. I just pay for the domain name.

I think if I was to pay I'd do something like MK's site, it's so smooth and of course photos are amazing too

You can make most of those programs/sites very very easily in flash.
Admittently i agree free or cheap its ok, (flash cost a lot) it really depends how professional you want it, or maybe how much money your willing to spend!

I would look at getting flash and spending a month coming up with something you really like.
