First time I encountered a pay bar I got really confused and had to clarify the invite. I mean paying for shots and stuff is fine but if we're guests then treat us as such.
Recent ish wedding had quite a few kids invited. Multiple Lego sets on every table and an all night creche / kids zone fully staffed. Was amazingly well done and would have infuriated all the posters here who think kids shouldn't go to pubs.
