That doesn't look too bad in B&W but really dont think it looks great in colour, it just seems like ISO left up high.
But the girl in blue has lovely legs and figure

He is preserving detail in the highlights and recovering the shadows if he underexposes.
Really nice set of photographs.
Nice set of images, nicely composed and seen. Good to see someone not afraid of noise as well, some awesome black and whites 
I must say though I'm not a fan of the processing personally, the skin tones are a tad red for me I prefer a more natural look. It only matters what the client likes though
