Weekend football - 1st-3rd November **Spoilers**

they r gunna win 5-4 (as a safety net) I just hope man u dont blow them away. Chelsea jsut beat them, i hope you do the same. Cos i really want them to do well

3-0 isnt really "just beating them" seeing as it was an away match for the "Londoners"

I would love to see Hull doing well though (albeit getting no points from this particular match) :)

Fabregas has been a disgrace today and has been absolutely shocking all season. His head clearly isn't in it this season, he'll be gone in the Summer.

And the starting line-up is shocking, more questions for Wenger.. although I doubt he can answer them, I'm fast seriously starting to believe the guy has lost his marbles.

United should be running riot, but are trying to play like the Harlem globe trotters and making a right pigs ear of it. If they would just keep things simple and pass and move they literally could be 5 or 6 nil up as Hull are awful.

God knows how they have 20 points already.

hahahaha - as expected

Well Middlesbrough same old story, glad im working and not at the game. Play well in one match, dont bother turning up for the next, midfield non existant, defence looking dodgy.

Really hope Southgate gives them a b*****king at half time and sort it out.

But they are not playing well, just look at the final ball each and every time its either behind the player, flicked on to a defender or the run missed completely. yes 3-1 up, no its not from great play, keeper should have saved the two ronaldo goals.

You are watching it arent you?

I support chelsea and i feel they gave us a good game actually.

ALSO: Anelka is now top scorer of the premier league alongside Zaki. :D

The whole team has been a disgrace this season, before the start of the season I'd written us off, seems to be coming true.

Feel sorry for arsenal, the striker didnt touch the ball with his head, and you cant score direct from a throw in so the goal shouldnt stand.

Im listening to it, but that isnt the point - I bet that a high % of the goals on any given saturday should be stopped or saved, but they arent because of circumstance, you take your chances and make the most of them (just as Hull did for what sounded like an unfair free kick)

Utd have oblitereated some games completely - yet you still want to knock the points already won, if anything imo its our defence that isnt working as well as last season which is where we are losing points (although aerially we have been suspect for years)

Rooney has had a couple of decent chances and I hope he gets back on the scoresheet today as he seems to be playing well (al be it seemingly being marginally offside during the 1st half)

edit - yes Utd are making mistakes at both ends, but you dont have to be wholly negative either thats all Im saying, try and look at a few of the positives :)

Hull did well without a doubt, but I still think Chelsea had a gear or two to go also

See, you really cant comment unless you are watching, as Vidic had a massive handful of the other guys shirt and was pulling him over right in front of the referee.

Its not a great performance, trust me.

Really the whole team hasn't been a disgrace at all this season, but certain players and the manager has been.

Fabregas is again playing much deeper than Denilson, he's never claimed to be a defensive midfielder and isn't looking particularly great in that role, but thats because he's also not playing alongside a quality player. Flamini looked good because he could play the role and Fabregas didn't give it away every 4 seconds like Denilson does.

Having a go at Fabregas, when he's one of the very few players to take responsibility, see the massive hole in defensive midfield and he's TRYING HIS BEST to fill it, I find it disgraceful that of all the players you're singling him out for stepping up. Denilson/Song both yet again refusing to sit back in the hole, refusing to make a clean tackle or keep hold of the ball.

THe line up almost made me cry when I saw it. THe clear problems with defense, tbh even with Adebayor we're scoring, the problems are holding teams off, the problem, Ade constantly cheaply giving it away. Denilson incapable of sitting back and playing defensively, Song is just utter crap in defense and certainly didn't help after coming on at 4-2 against Spurs. The players that should have been dropped without question, Ade and Denilson get started, and we bring in Song instead of dropping him to the reserves?

IN all the games, cup, pre-season, CL, Ramsey's looked stronger, cooler headed, more able to defend and better going forwards than Denilson, he was the best player on the pitch in the England/wales matches against a predominately premiership first team starters team, but no sign of him.

Adebayor with the lovely flick on to absolutely no-one when the ball was directly into his feet, refused to try to hold it up, got frustrated that his pass was 30yards clear of an Arsenal player and proceded to flying kick a player, to be honest, it was studs in, late, aggresive , extremely dangerous and made contact, it really should have been a red just as Sktrl's should have been and Eboue's was last year.

What are the odd's on Wenger taking Song, Denilson and Adebayor off for, Vela, Ramsey and, hell, put Fabianski on for Denilson for all I care.

EDIT:_ this is why I'm so worried about this year and so negative about the prospects for the rest of the year. Rather than try something new that might work, as he's done for years now he's desparately hanging onto the idea that Denilson and Adebayor might play well because they have before. He knows they can score and is putting his hope on that rather than trying the semi untested Ramsey or Vela. IN other words, he's too scared to try to change things for the better. He refused to drop ADebayor in his massive dry spell before , and after the midseason lucky run he went on. We're a joke, we're even worse defensively this game bringing Song into the mix with Denilson. More defensive players + being worse defensively = those players are crap at defense, its not exactly quantum physics.

drunkenmaster, all your posts are identical. Why bother? We get it, you don't rate Adebayor, Denilson or Song. We get it.

Although you didn't mention Eboue being a good player so credit for that.

The game I'm watching they are moving around well with a few mistakes.

I guess when you're winning 3-1 easily, you're playing **** nowadays.

It'd be easier to trust you if you didn't just moan about the same things every week.

Seriously, have you thought of taking up bouls or something? Football seems to depress you.. :D

It was not a massive handful of the other player's shirt. It was a weak freekick, a freekick nonetheless but your hardly describing it acurately....I am watching the game.
