Hopefully Kinnear stays with Newcastle, I've always like him and his fighting attitude is exactly what Newcastle need.

At the moment I'd say he's got everyone bailing properly, but the holes are still there.

Thought we played ok last night, it was good to see Duff enjoying himself again and Jonas roaming the pitch. Shola looks reborn as John Fashanu; I wouldn't have Owen in the starting 11 at the moment.

I still think Coloccini is suspect, he was like a headless chicken in the first half and Jose Enrique looks like they've printed his IQ on his back. Taylor looked pretty solid and I've always been a fan of Beye, so we've got half a defence at least.

Don't get me wrong, he's had a few games when he's looked magnificent, but in others he just gets turned inside out and out jumped at every turn and point.
