Weekend Football 21/22 & 23rd ***SPOILERS***

Yay, Sunderland are getting chances, and getting into the game, they suck as a team, we're at home, they should have no chance at all yet our midfield can't win the ball off them.............................


I really wonder why.

I really wish everyone would shut the hell up about Eboue themselves, I've never claimed him to be the best player in the world, I've merely said he's streets ahead of Song and denilson in terms of defence, which is the reason we're finding it hard to dominate against crap teams. Champs league we've barely played anyone good yet, with those two in midfield against Barcelona we'll be ripped to shreds, Eboue might not do hugely better but he WILL do better. I said we desparately needed to buy a DM, because I don't think Eboue is the long term answer, we need someone world class. But we didn't and won't buy a DM, Eboue is simply the best choice out of Diaby, Denilson, Song and Eboue, he's easily and unquestionably the best defensively out of those 4.

If Song and Denilson are so good, please explain to me why we've conceded 150% more than Man U.

I love it when teams just stroke the ball around in the middle like that. So calm, so confident. I think I just like the words stroke. Stroke. It sounds dirty. "Oh baby yeah, stroke that ball for me. Stroke it goooooood." It's a misnomer though, isn't it? They're not stroking the ball at all. They're kicking it. If they stroked it, they'd get a red card for handball. Which would be beyond stupid. I bet Eboue would stroke a football if you asked him to. Wenger must get really annoyed with him during training. "Non Emmanuel, do not actually stroke ze ball, you fool!" Silly Eboue.

EDIT: Wait, DM, Song tackled again. That's twice! In one game! And it's not even half-time!

EDIT AGAIN: I wish there was a Song player-cam. I'd just watch that.

MORE EDITS: Arrrgghh, we just give up when defending some times.

EEEEEEEDIT: The commentator has said "This could be a good time to strike" on every attack for the last ten minutes. :/

Hands up who takes drunkmaster seriously here? :D

Song's had a decent game today, his last few games have seen a steady improvement. Arshavin's looked good, , hopefully he'll get a goal on his debut! :D
