Weekend Football **SPOILERS** 4-5 April

JEsus christ, yet again Adebayor running away from the defender wrong side making it impossible to get the ball to him, has he never once heard of running across the defender and getting infront, if he had he might have had a hattrick today.

For the massive possession we're making very few real chances and very few shots, this is the difference, with Adebayor, especially as a lone striker the ball rarely ends up being shot at the goal and we frankly got very lucky with the goal. WE've been much better since he was injured as every single game we've made chance after chance after chance, we've been winning more than drawing lately while when he was fit it was the other way around.

Again Theo's knee is hurt and again we just leave him out there to still be hurt more, woo.

most irritatingly though, mid good move someone changed the channel to golf, GOLF ffs, who the hell watches golf.
 
Yeah it could be better but Arsenal still deserve to be ahead, they've been considerably better over the 45 minutes, happy to see Cesc has settled straight in, an assist and a couple of classy moments already.
 
grr, adebayor, it does my head in he's AWFUL, the only reason Ade scores is Fabregas is just THAT good. Seriously almost any striker in the world would have scored that, about 5 people would have got that pass inch perfect. But overall our approach play hasn't been good enough against a poor side with a bunch of injuries. Arshavin hasn't been in the game as the interplay and throughballs from striker to winger have been non existant.

lol, between the guy switching between the race and the game Adebayor miscontrols, turns into a lucky turn, runs with it, ridiculously simple pass to Arshavin that he screws up, he is truly awful, unfortunately these lucky performances where other people set him up with tap ins and Wenger won't drop him again for ages, while we draw game after game after game :(

DM, seriously, we get it that you don't rate adebayor, but please, ffs, just stop repeating yourself, it's dull, boring and rather pathetic.

Nice 2-0 to Arsenal, should be another 3 pts bagged and im happy. Over the moon about Tottenham getting shafted by Blackburn:p...nice result for Big Sam.

Not such a great debut for Shearer at Newcastle though...gotta feel for him, first game in charge and its only Chelsea.

Masch is on the bench after only getting back from International duty last night and Aurelio is left out with Chelsea in mind(don't think he's injured) because he can't play 2 games in a week. Only real suprise is Dossena.
 
Great result for Arsenal...hopefully that will cement out 4th place although i expected much better from them this season.

Just hope that Man Utd and Aston Villa ends up in a draw..dont want either teams to win....but if pushed id have to go with Man Utd to win:(.

Oh well bring on next season...maybe we can start winning some trophies for a change:p
