He could be one of the best players in the team if he played at a consistently decent level, the problem is he goes from truly outstanding to stupid and poor without any hesitation. I've never seen a player with so much talent be able to play so poorly under Wenger. It looks like a lack of confidence but it could easily be a lack of intelligence

Should be interesting to say the least, we have higgs, parker, crowe, snodgrass, becchio, robinson and possibly bromby (but he might be back) all from the first team/first team subs all out injured!

This is going to be quite a shaky game i reckon, i guess the lineup will be:

ankergren

bromby
naylor
kisnorbo
hughes

Johnson
Howson
Doyle
Killkenny

Beckford
grella

Subs: fielding, prutton, michalik, showunmi + ?

i guess looking at that it's not so bad, ankergren isn't a terrible keeper, defence is pretty much full strengh but bromby can be a liability, beckford and grella can do a good job i just hope showunmi doesn't start!

No idea who we'll have on the right wing though, teams not the same without our super scot snodgrass!

Well we have proven we can win without Gerrard/Torres before just means Kuyt,Benayoun will have to do their stuff if anything it gives a chance atleast for the others to step up which imo some of them need to.

Benayoun always seems to step of and we know Kuyt will run every were but Riera etc should make more of an effort and well dont need to mention babel if he starts he needs to turn up!

Defence wise well hopefully carra will have a good game today, Be nice to see Agger start be more a goal threat than carra and skrtl too
 
Well ya right so far, Chelsea should have defended that corner a hell of allot better Colins was pretty much left so he scores thou its good for my fantasy footy!
 
Some how i dont think UTD v Bolton is going to be easy as people make out. Most my friends who like UTD (UGH) and people at work who always bet seem to think be a stroll in park personally i hope bolton win.

Villa could have been 3-1 cept Carew missed a shot that should have been burried ooops lol
 
we really are defending poorly and carew should have buried that, why hasn't ancelotti changed up the forward line.

Edit: god anelka should have scored.
 
I still dont think this formation Ancelottie uses is that great, Lampard seems to have been silenced in it.

Bit like when we push Gerrard back to the middle we lost quite abit of his attacking strength which blows =(

Agreed Lampard doesn't seem to be making as much of an impact because he's played on the right side of the diamond whilst deco (who has been poor) occupies the tip.

Far too late a sub from ancelotti tbh.
 
Good win for Villa, knew it would be a tricky game for Chelsea. 6 points in my fantasy football at work!

It certainly won't be a stroll for Man Utd this afternoon - but I'll still hold on my 3-1 prediction.

That, and Liverpool losing would make for a sweet afternoon! :)
