Weekend Football Thread. *spoilers* 29-31

Awesome goal by Arshavin. Song needs taking off at half time, a yellow card already and another clumsy challenge near half time too. RVP booking was ridiculous, and just before Arsh popped that goal in he should have definitely been given a penalty.
 
Well there you go Fergie and the we dont need to buy anyone. Midfield simply not good enough again. Not enough closing down. Carrick looks as though he would be happier on the other side of the globe, Giggs has had two clear cut balls to play and chose the wrong ones. God loves a trier but Fletcher is all **** and wind in this game
 
That is why I love Andrey, how he is silent for 20 minutes and then smashes in the first hint of a chance. What a great finish.

Verm and Gallas have been top class today, especially Gallas. Keeping Rooney quiet and doing everything else nearly flawlessly. Feels good to have some security. Another bonus is how are Arsenal doing so well with such a dodgy CM, they're all performing well and competing for every ball, Denilson has improved recently and looks a better player, Song had 1 or 2 moments but has been very good overall too. Can't believe how decent the team is playing minus Fab, thought it was a disaster when he was ruled out but it's working pretty good

Can see Man Utd scoring, Arsenal need another, straight after the break pls
 
Diaby caught him in the face with the shoulder I think, but it was a complete accident. Did anyone hear that stat from Martin Tyler earlier on? Arsenal unbeaten in the league since November 2008. :D
 
It was just a coming together of heads, what a load of fuss about nothing.

Arshavin, been quiet but one hell of a strike!

Diaby and Eboue are making far too many mistakes, not releasing the ball soon enough. Going to have to play better to keep this at 1-0
 
United are playing BRILLIANTLY, first class all round.

Giggs is doing great work with his flicks and passes, he must have at least a 20% completion rate so far.

O'Shea and Valencia are fantastic down the right wing, my those crosses are just flying in and those overlapping runs are running rings round Arsenal a ha ha.

And Rooney is as great as he always is when he is played up front on his own against 4 defenders and is man marked ie BRILLIANTLY.

Foster is having a stormer as well.
Keep it up boys, great work!

I'm not sure who's been worst - Giggs or the Ref.
Might as well bring Anderson on and hope he has one of his good games.
Was a nice goal but Foster could have done more.
Also it's a shame the most quiet man on the pitch scored it - he's a bit of a prat as well
 
Midfield is incredibly weak when going forwards and that won't change any time soon unfortunately. Time and time again the passing in the final third really lets us down. I'm getting quite fed up with professional footballers not being able to pick out players in the same shirt. Arshavin's goal was something else, hit it so hard and perfectly aimed, Arsenal deserve to be leading 1-0, probably had a good shout for a penalty against Fletcher too.

LOL I wonder if Fergie is giving the hairdryer treatment about now? :p
United will probably score, so we need another goal, get Eboue off and bring on Bendtner or Eduardo. Get Song off and put on Ramsey or Wilshere, Gallas needs to be careful as well now.
