Barclays Premier League
Aston Villa v Man City, 20:00

This weekend might see Man City creep up to 3rd, as a don't see Chelsea and Liverpool being separated to be honest. Man Utd should win on paper, most likely be a 1 - 0 though.
Other than that there's no real inspiring Premier League fixtures.

The Newcastle - Bristol match could be a good un'

I'll allow this purely because you included the Hyde fixture.

Out of interest, Gilly/Kev/Rotty, is it a bannable offence if you bypass the swear filter to write S****horpe correctly?

I wouldn't have imagined so, it's not swearing in that sense. Though I'm not sure if the filters could be worked such that they allow a particular prespecified word through.

Hmm Blackburn. 3-0 us I reckon.

see I'm nervous the season, as rather than last, expecting to lose, I now hope to hell that we win every week to stay top of the fizzy pop league

Hoping we win, as missed 2 points against QPR the other day

Howay the lads

Was that goal Spurs first shot on target, only 2 according to footie365, only one off target. Bolton have had 5 on target and before the goal Spurs didn't look a threat at all, managed to miss the goal though.

Bolton playing surprisingly good football and were very much deserving of their lead.

Ipswich losing 1-0, so vote of confidence normally means you get fired after your next loss? So that will mean Keane out before the next game, which frankly, would seem like a good idea. TO be fair I read they'd scored 6 in their last two away games, have 5 points all from draws, so they are scoring, just can't defend to save their lives, which was the same at Sunderland wasn't it, maybe Keano needs a Queiroz type assistant to run the defence for him.
