As much you can be deserving after 5 minutes I suppose.
LOL, certainly no sour grapes about the performance, if you play eleventy billion times better than another team and score after 5 mins then you still deserve it, but I didn't say that I posted around half time, at which point they'd been by far the better team. I'm not going on stats alone, but watching it. The stats just reinforce what I'd seen, a toothless wasteful Spurs who till about 10 mins before the goal hadn't had a shot on target.
Ekoto was absolutely awful for the 2nd goal, he was way ahead of Davies, could have hell, shouldered him out the way so he didn't get the ball inside the post, blocked the ball, won the header, instead with two yards to go he slowed down and wussed out incase the big bad post got him. Davies showed no fear and boom, goal.
lol, Bolton haven't been good for a couple mins at all, Crouch should have equalised, Corluka did, slow git but at least he can head the ball.
EDIT:- was Defoe only not started because of the hand injury? Or did Redknapp want to see how Keane/Crouch linked up, neither prefer the Defoe role and neither "should" play that well with each other, why when Spurs started the season so strong did he start messing with the line up. I can understand it more in a Bolton when you think you'll win but that Utd game was a very stupid time to go changing a bang on form front pairing.
