Chelsea will win looking at it realistically.

Our front options can create lots of chances against cack opposition, but our conversion rate isn't that good. Against Chelsea we won't be creating that many. Plus of course we don't have RvP.

Not only do we not have our first choice or back up LB, but it looks like Gallas could be out too in terms of our defence.

Cant see us beating Chelski...at best we can possibly get a draw depening on how well our defence copes with Drogba the diver:p.

Not looking forward to this game at all...if we lose it makes our job of winning the prem that much harder:(.

To be fair, if Arsenal play well they can easily win. I'm going to break the negative trend in here and at least have some hope, even though Arsenal seem to play better at Stamford Bridge. It could go either way depending on who's playing well on the day, Arsenal can do it though, I have no doubts they're capable of scoring 1 or 2. Chelsea lost to Wigan remember :D!

Arsenal have lost twice to Man Utd and City, but to be fair Chelsea haven't played any of the top teams away from home yet apart from Villa, where they lost

Really would rather we not have our darby game yet, alll i can see is more injuries as darbys are always rougher than the normal games =( on a side note i hope barca stuff real madrid on sunday :D

Portsmouth will no doubt have "new manager" syndrome and sneak a win. :(

Would you like to know something interesting about the effect of signing a new manager?

There was an expirement (if that's the right word) in to the effect of signing a new manager during the season, over just over 10 seasons I think.

+3/4 points, is all a new manager would offer you a season on average :p

Arsenal lost 3 times, Sunderland, 3 losses in 4 matches against the top half of the table.

I don't know, we'll have to see, the team against Liege didn't look right, Theo might have come out going on about being back to our best, but we scored a rather flukey long range goal which the keeper should have easily pushed over the bar, and a ridiculously poor defensive mistake letting Nasri in for an easy finish, both gifts. Yes we dominated but with that team and that formation there was little understanding, most moves broke down and we were back to last seasons getting to the penalty box then passing it back and forth not quite sure what to do next.

We could win, anyone can win any game, I still think we have the best squad in the league, but Wengers not very good at adapating to forced changes. Eduardo isn't RVP, he doesn't want to drop off and get the ball, play others in, he wants to be fed in behind, he needs an RVP/Bendtner behind him who gets the ball from a deep lying midfield and plays the striker in. Against better opposition Fabregas is being pegged back very deep to defend.

With Nasri, Arshavin, Denilson, Fabregas and Song in midfield, well, we're not looking at a lot of pace at all. We look great against crap teams where we can push up loads, but against teams we get pegged back, we're slow to get up the field, the strikers look isolated with support too far away and well, not really sure how to change that. We don't have any classic wingers at all, we don't have Robben/Ronaldo type pace on the wing. Two upfront will give our striker far better support and pace would be less of an issue, but we don't really have a great pairing upfront.

The question of who will win the title will likely only be answered in late jan/early feb. How will Chelsea cope without Essien and Drogba, both on scoring form this year, if they pick up any injuries while they are away how will they cope. Likewise even if we win this game, late jan/feb we've got a run of playing pretty much the top 4 all in a row in amongst a very tight schedual including all the cups.

For some stupid reason I've stuck £5 on Portsmouth doing one over United.

Don't ask me why :p

I still think we have the best squad in the league

Are you having an absolute laugh?

Call me biased or whatever but Chelsea's squad is way ahead of yours.

Only Arsenal players I'd actually want is Cesc and RVP
