United owned spurs in the 2nd half regardless of the penalty that was well deserved
Scholes and Ronaldo both should have had a 2nd yellow for numerous fouls.

Spurs started really well, absored pressure well, hit United on the counter attack.

Played amazingly well second half, regardless of the penalty, United were just too much, Ronaldo, Rooney were brilliant! Played so well together.

Why can't we play like we did the 2nd half every game yes the penalty gave us hope but my god everything was so much better in the second half then in the first. Passing, shooting, speed and desire but i can't understand why we don't play with that quality from the get go . Some people will credit the performance because of the penalty but in all honesty how many teams have you seen that have scored a penalty, are still losing and then come back to win 5-2
I've got to give some credit to Berba in the 2nd half as well. As a playmaker he was phenomenal, 4 or 5 balls that just tore spurs in half. Shame we bought him as a forward

Not quite that simple though is it. Had Palacios got sent off in the first half the game would have turned out completely different.
