Poor performance and no doubt we're in a crisis now, being top of the league and all that.

Was it? I fully expect us to win 90% of the games we play in that doesn't mean we're guaranteed to win them.
We seriously did bottle it. Too many of our players are not strong enough mentaly accept the pressure to sustain a challenge.
I think thats why we've been so good in Europe over the last few seasons. Its because we've always been the under dog during the later stages, and it seems our players dont like the pressure on them when they're favorites or against teams they should win. We've seen it in the early round FA cup games over the last few seasons.
Our players today bottled it. It is that simple, and I'm including Gerrard and Kuyt in that.
Best Liverpool players today where Huypia, Carra and Alonso. Everyone else wasn't good enough at all.

Some of the comments on here make me laugh. It's our best start to a Premiership season, we've already beaten 2 of our title rivals and we still haven't hit top form.
Considering how well we usually play in the second half of the season I'm very happy with where we are at the moment, and by that I mean not 10 points off the top already.
What inaccuracy? You guaranteed that we would score.
