Quite interested in the p183 - anyone using one atm? How's install, temps and soundproofing?
I've got a P182 in use, a P193 about to be used, already built one system into it but not used it yet, and i had an original P180.
Install is not too bad, find some little quirks, there is not as much space as you first think, beware of high / tall CPU coolers, the NeroS only just fits in my P182, the Titan Fenrir wont fit. Cable space at the back of the motherboard tray is quite good, but, unless the P183 is different, no access panel for cpu mounting plates, so you have to remove the motherboard to fit them, edges and stuff are sharp so be careful, other aspects of the cable routing is, meh, so so.
Sound proofing is good, with the PSU at the bottom, if you seal off the sections better than they do (i used some foam along the seprating panels in my P193) then you can control the air flow better in the sections, no need for the lower section to get anywhere near the air flow needed for the top, or you can ramp up the bottom fan speed and direct some of it up through the cable access and directly at your GPU
Front fan mounting in the lower section is really good, they should have done that in the first place.
The P183 has the new design front for better air flow, which i think is good, but you lose the removable filters behind the doors, i'd be tempted to add some behind the door, as the built in mesh can still let a fair bit through.
Keep an eye on the expansion mounting area, i've had a couple of issues where cards have gaps under them, and if tightened down, bend the motherboard.... quality control can be a bit slack at times.
PSU selection is important, make sure the one you get has long enough cables
