Just PES demo for me this week. What's this Fifa stuff about? At a fiver each, considering the game is released tomorrow, stinks of content left out on purpose to rip off gullible fans who buy same game every year syndrome from EA (but i'm not cynical :D)

LOL. yeah it's probably more 100k unlock codes you are paying for!! Weird, tbh this Gen EA have produced/published some fantastic titles, yet their DLC pricing/policy is just a steaming pile of ripoff.

In fairness, it does say in the description that there is a code on the back of the manual for one free league.

And yes, with the exception of Burnout Paradise, I would say that EA's pricepoint for DLC is all wrong!
 
bioshock for me, just to check up whether its a good port :)

probs pes demo too just to see what the fuss is about.

Me!

I love proper manuals, rather than the vague pamphlets that come with most games these days.

I'm hoping that Fallout 3 doesn't disappoint on the manual front, particularly after the CLASSIC manuals that the first two games included.

And, well, with the FIFA stuff I was just curious ;) I've no intention of purchasing them, or indeed the game.

What gives with the size of these demo's?

Bioshock 1.8Gb
PES 1.5Gb

That's 3.3Gb for two demo's. They better be big but I suspect their not :(
 
In fairness both Bioshock & Pes demo's are reasonable length's.

In Pes you get to play a decent length match (not like the Fifa demo), and

Bioshock takes you upto the medical centre (same as 360 if I remember correctly)?

Yet there support of Burnout Paradise has been second to none.

Nope it is in the 360 version too, you get updates for 1 league free. I'm happy with my one free league tbh :)

Edit i see both my point have already been mentioned :(
 
Just finished the BioShock demo

Was nice to relive some of the early moments of the game again but it hasn't convinced me to buy it for a second time, dunno but it just seems a little dated a year on :confused:
