I got linger in Shadows and its as trippy as Mr Trip with tied shoe laces on national trip day. I got some trophies for playing it though lol, no idea how or why, I advise you not to play this game if you dont want to be confused for the rest of the day. It is quite fun in a strange way though, im going to give it another go today to try if i can get my head round it lol.
Linger in Shadows and Valkyria Chronicles... the former being very weird... nice to get some trophies though even if you don't know why 
... VC is interesting but need to play more as the simple story 'shoot the 3 bad guys' was a bit... shall we say small

Valkyria Chronicles seems great from playing the demo, be sure to try the Skirmish and not just the tutorial. Now I have yet another game to buy this month :/
There is a Valkyrie Chronicles demo on UK/EU store and there is also one you get free on USA monthly Qore sub. (It is not available for free on USA store).
Different demos, or are we getting something first/free before USA?

The game is actually coming out here before the US too, we get it a couple of weeks earlier.

Just played through the Valkyria Chronicles demo, awesome!! Not played an rpg quite like it before
yeah quite good. Tactical RPG. Reminds me of Laser Squad quite like that it has destructable environments. I hope the environments will have a lot of variety e.g. indoor maps etc.
i would too like to know this.
Just to say that it is, but I prefer the US/JPN much more...Is it any different to the US/JPN one?

I am incredibly impressed by Valkyrie Chronicle, it looks like this could be the first really good RPG to hit the PS3. If it's long enough and the storyline is good it could really pull it off. The character design seems solid and the gameplay is rather addictive considering i've done the skirmish 3 times already. I wonder if it contains an online component, i could see that working rather well.
