Weight Increasing - Not Gaining Muscle

Keep building the muscle, do some conditioning workouts or some HIIT and it'll be ok. Or, alternatively, just drop the calories for a week or so whilst keeping the intensity up or even increasing it to get the fat burning going more. :)
 
Ah yes of course. Well, in which case if you want to drop the fat, you'll just have to bite the bullet and drop the calories for a bit to get your conditioning back in check. :)
 
Yer the only thing is fat to me is being able to pinch a very small amount on me lol. Its just getting it in my head. I mean my abs are all still visible with veins in chest etc. Just getting my head to stop screaming this is bad
 
You probably suffer from a form of body dismorphia. I struggled with it for many years when I was younger. I just snapped out of it as I grew older - but I haven't got any advice to offer on that. You look lean to me, much leaner than me! :p
 
Yes very bad body dismorphia. Comes from being 21.5stone then down to 8stone and quite ill 4 years ago. That's why I struggle with the weight as half my head seems to think of it as a step backwards.
 
Can't really offer any support on that I'm afraid. Other than the fact that you're doing bloody well, and you're clearly in good shape, and in good physical health. Keep at it. :)
