weight loss progress

I'm guessing you've never really tried to resist the temptation of eating. Try that, for 2 weeks.

You've probably still got a messed up insulin response, what's your diet looking like?

General advice for satiety:
- eat bigger meals
- eat meals higher in protein and fat

2 buiscuits + 100ml semi skimmed milk = 168 calories
cup of tea, 2 sugers, white = around around 48 calories

10:45am - had a banana...

medium sized banana = 98 calories

at 12:30/1pm im planning on having wholemeal (brown) rice with some dry roasted peanuts..

brown rice 100g (dry) =313 calories
28g peanuts dry roasted = 166 calories

3/4pm i will have a apple

100g of apple = 49 calories

6/7pm i will have some grilled chicken and will hit the gym after

grilled chicken with what?

totel calories there minus the chicken is 842, chicken grilled around 150g (medium breast) is 222 calories, if you arnt loosing weight on that you are drinking a lot of sugary drinks, consuming vast amounts above what ive stated as 'portions' or snacking and not being hounest with yourself.

what do you do at the gym?

lol not the healthiest choice, id look at fresh/frozen veg with your chicken and maybe a small helping of rice/ wholeweat pasta maybe?

if a four cheese is all you though then it would suffice.

Impressive stuff mate. I am planning to try and lose a similar amount of weight. I am 5 11 and 13st. I think I should be around 11.5-12st.
I don't think I will be able to manage quite the same shock treatment as you. I am going to try and eat much less bread, zero cheese, no snacks (never needed them, but I am greedy!) and a little bit less each meal.
I have plantar fasciitis which will limit the amount of exercise I can do to a bit of light walking.

as little saturated fat as possible,
Saturated fat is not bad for you.

That is pretty bad.

In general, things to avoid:
- entire meals consisting of carbs (like your lunch, and also basically your breakfast)
- starchy foods, like bread, pasta etc. you don't need to totally cut these out, but from the look of things you need to reduce them
- pastry
- anything coated in breadcrumbs
- too much fruit. It's just sugar

Looking at your diet I'm not surprised that you get hungry, you aren't eating anything, and when you do eat you avoid fat completely.

Fat is in a lot of things, such as:
- fatty meats (bacon!)
- eggs
- oils (such as a salad dressing based on olive oil)
- fish
- nuts
- avocado

The OP's change was achieved in just over three months? Shenanigans! (Take that as a complement! :D)

acheived similar amount of weight loss in the same time frame. Different method for me in that diet wise as well as cutting out junk I eat the same food as I did before but less of it. Makes me feel much less that I am missing out on things I like and less of a lifestyle change. I'm not a big fan of things that require people to wholesale change their diet as I think long term people revert back. Exercise, pretty much all running for me (30 - 40 miles each week)

It depends, i lost 11lbs in 3 months, with lots of cardio and also a weight routine but I drank almost every weekend, some times 4 pints some times 11 pints, considering 1000kcal in 4 pints and that is a good meal and the work you are doing is just going to burn off the beer, diet was pretty good apart from cheat meals.

Some days I would have 3 average size meals, some days I would have 6 small meals, I dont think you have to go OTT and be super strict.

so i should have more lean meat in my meals... cut out the fruit and bread (starchy stuff)

is having a egg everymorning bad?

NO! Eat more fatty meat! I was saying you need to eat more fat from the sources I listed. But yes more meat in general.

Yes, cut out bread and other starchy foods, and fruit to a lesser extent.

Eggs are awesome, have at least 3 at breakfast.

I feel like every second thing I post these days is "EAT FAT, IT IS GOOD FOR YOU" :D

Maybe I need a hobby... :p
