just to clarify though....
not fat as in fried fat?
GOOD fat, not BAD fat!

Fried fat is bad, well, worse for you, then the fat sources that icecold mentioned. If I have bacon, I tend to dry fry it, as you're not adding any extra fat to the meat that isn't already there. Eggs are very good. Good source of protein, and good fats.
As far as I know, you want more monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. Saturated fats and trans fats are the bad kind
I wouldn't say, don't eat any. But cut it down. Sorry if this is all rubbish, and please don't flame if it is. This is my basic understanding

yeah I can agree with that, but only really from a calorific point of view.
