Well quick update. Down to 14 stone 3 so have hit my 14 stone loss. 1lb and a half to go to have lost half my body weight.
Great job mate. I am on a similar journey but not from your starting point. Taken off 2.5 stone since end of July about another 2 to go an will be in the high 13's for first time in 30 years.
2lbs to 15 for me, not been there since my 20's and I was fit as a fiddle at 15.7 playing Rugby and training 3 times a week.Yeah I'm 3 lb away from getting in the 13's. Pretty much looking forwards to that.
