Weird neighbour keeps moving our pram.

communal space he prob just think's you are abusing it, don't video him just ask him why he is doing it try and work something out
 
I bet you're in breach of your lease for leaving it in the communal areas...

As others have said though, just leave a note on it asking politely that the refrain from moving it.

Your pram should be kept in your flat. If your wife can't carry a pram, tell her to exercise more, as she's a weakling.
 
My sister in law used to have to carry all her shopping along with her pram and her child up 8 flights of stairs on a daily basis. Tell your wife to man up
 
communal area.. speak to the building owner/manager then ask the guy why he moves it.

You don't need to stoop to weirdness level 1 as well.
 
I take the pram down on the way to work, so I leave it there for her since she has to carry our baby down 2 flights of stairs so she can't carry the pram.

Thanks, I won't film this guy, I will just speak to him when he moves it.

People never seem to see wrong when they do wrong, just wrong that some people are pee'd off by their actions and annoyance followed up with statements like "we've done it for years" or "no one else seems to mind" missing the fact that everyone minds and now one of them has had enough.
 
Every block of flats on the planet has "that guy" :rolleyes: Although you're technically not supposed to keep the pram there, 99% of the tenants either understand or don't give a damn. Just have a word and explain the situation. If he's unreasonable, rude, or just plain weird then......you'll have to lift your veto on the obvious reprisal options.
 
Ask him what his problem is then flatten him. The people claiming its communal space etc and its 'ok' for him to move it while hes annoyed are the same types of odd jobs that move a empty pram to be a ****. I'd do anything to make my wifes day easier while she has my two satan spawns and I'm at work so I'm on OP's side.

If its that much of an issue for him he should have confronted you like a man, I bet he works for the council as well! GET HIM!

As you put your child into the pram I would suggest you bring tit upstairs into your private flat. I would not want to risk my child with a random strange opld man messing it with it.

Who knows what he may put in the pram one day.

This is what I was about to post. Leaving your pram in a communal area is just annoying.

However if you explain why you do it he might see beyond 'someone's leaving their crap around' and empathise more with your wife's plight.

The truth hurts. She might be female blah blah but if she can't carry a pram that won't weight more then 5kg or so, then she is weak/useless.

I can lift double my body weight, so a wee female should be able to carry at a minimum a 5th of her body weight down a few flights of steps, even with kid in tow.

Soft useless people.. :o
