It'll look just fine. You need to be sure to get the mini DVI-I to VGA converter though.

CMD Q closes a program properly. When I use a laptop without a mouse I tend to rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts.

EDIT: CMD H hides the current program, I use that one a lot too.
 
Cheers. Just don't want to spend the best part of a thousand pound to find I won't be able to watch all my films etc via Front Row, as that is a big advantage for me. :)

Has anyone ever got any accessories thrown in free when ordering something at an Apple shop?

Apple + Free = FAIL.

I don't think they're every give away free things, only money off :(
 
You can get free things at Apple Resellers, not sure about the Apple Stores though.

Fixed that, and the desktop threads.

Next time email me and I'll sort it. I've been sorting the sticky out, adding pages and a few changes have screwed a page or two up by accident.

All done now though. IT LIVES!
 
I'll get mine inthere tongiht when i've sorted everything out :)

Anyone got mail working with Hotmail yet? Or even thunderbird, i can't get either working.
 
If you have a new-ish hotmail account you can't use POP access.

They changed it a while back, those with old accounts can have POP access, but those with newer accounts have to pay.
