Were any of you ever in the Beaver, Cubs or Scouts?

Was in Cubs & Scouts. Left and joined Air Cadets. Cadets seem to have a lot more opportunities for doing activities. Even managed to get helicopter & tanker flights.

I would say nearly all my long term friends were a result of cadets.

Nope iirc cadets is support by the MOD whereas the scout organisation is purely civilian. They do some similar activities, but thats about it
