He's not the first to do this. Just search "federal income tax illegality" on google and theres tons of info on it as many Americans see it as being unconstitutional.

He broke the conditions of his bail repeatedly; this includes taking drugs while on bail and not meeting drug checks. Being late was the straw that broke the camel's back I think.

nope wasn't charged for any of those he was charged and sentenced for missing 1 meeting and being late for another.
